This site publishes test results about US sweepstakes casinos. It takes no wagers, holds no funds and runs no games. Using it means accepting these terms.

Who it is for

Adults of 18 or over, 21 where an operator or state requires it, physically located where their chosen operator accepts players.

Accuracy

Figures were accurate the day they were recorded. Operators change packages, floors and processing times without notice, so the operator terms page always overrides ours.

Not advice

Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice. Sweepstakes rules differ by state and prize redemptions may be taxable income.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links pay us a commission. They do not change what an operator gives you and do not affect any score.

Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using this site, nor for the conduct of any operator scored on it.

Ownership

Text, figures and design belong to OMD AS. Operator names and marks belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
